Despite heavy opposition, the Soviets created a 7-kilometer breach in the German lines on the first day of the offensive. The Germans reacted by launching a counterattack of their own.
Objectives: Your company is at rest in the village when the attack starts. Your platoon will move west and deploy outside the village. The other platoons will fan out north and south. The rest of the regiment is deployed north and south of your company's position. Two sections of SU-152 Mechanized Guns are deployed in support of the regiment, north and south along the road. Destroy all enemy armor in the marked kill zones on the Commander's Map. If you clear the marked area on the map west of your position, move to assist the other formations in clearing their zones.
